How do I use the library to find general information, such as definitions of medical terms or overviews of diseases, procedures, body systems, etc.?
Answer
Sometimes, library users aren't looking for information on, say, research studies in particular subject areas but instead need simply a definition or a general overview of a topic. The table below shows how to use the library resources for common questions of that type. If you don't see what you're looking for here, contact a librarian by chat, email, phone, support ticket, or meeting request. See Contact Methods on any page of the library website.
