Galen College of Nursing treats questions of academic integrity seriously, including the matter of plagiarism, or using words or ideas in academic writing without giving proper attribution. To help students understand and avoid plagiarism, Galen provides access to Academic Writer, the manuscript-and-citation-style software of the American Psychological Association (APA). Galen librarians offer regular workshops on APA style and can assist individual students who have specific related questions. There is also a guide dedication to APA citation guidelines.
